My regular choice for package drop off and I've always had a good experience. The woman at the counter is friendly and helpful.

Gone to this place a handful of times no issues gave them my packages and left. Returns went smoothly. Nice small business with kind employees. If you go there and have a horrific experience with a pretty basic process then you are probably the problem.
