Mechanic flat out refused to inspect my vehicle out of spite. My vehicle was previously looked at by the same mechanic about a month prior and after receiving his estimate, I decided to take my business elsewhere - should've been no hard feelings. Fast forward about a month later... I bring my vehicle back to L Europa Auto Repair to compare estimates on a different issue. Receptionist tells me to pull the vehicle around back. 15 min later the mechanic comes out and sees me and my vehicle and tells me he will not inspect my vehicle. His reason, something along the lines of my vehicle was of low priority, despite me not telling him what the issue was with my car. Mhhm. 432

Great service. I had a water pump starting to go out on my 2015 Highlander and I had a trip planned to drive to Baltimore in two days. I called them and they were able to order the exact OEM part and installed in one day. Thanks again!!

L’Europa makes you feel like family. I’ve gone to them several times for my 2016 Subaru. Everything went at once- bushings, bearings, and oil leak. I called them in shambles and they fixed my Subi up with no problems. Christy is amazing and didn’t even charge me to fix the oil leak. I cannot thank them enough. The welcome committee of puppies is a bonus!

Amazing customer service and extremely reliable work. They’ve helped me keep my 17 year old VW on the road and they consistently go above and beyond for each service. Would highly recommend; they know their stuff!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give them negative stars if possible. Told me I needed to pay around $1200 for a new alternator on a Toyota Camry. Went to another reliable mechanic and they let me know that the actual problem was with the battery. My alternator was fine. Of course getting the battery replaced was far less money. Don’t go here unless you want to be severely scammed!!

Hi everyone, first off let's start with the front desk. Christy is a very welcoming receptionist and is very friendly as well. her energy makes you feel like you are apart of leuropas family. The Chris is a very honest mechanic and has a lot of patience with answering his clients questions, and he is very honest about his work and is very concerned with helping his customers, highly recommend
