Rachael did a great job rescuing my platinum blonde hair that I had let the roots grow way too much in. She suggested a new color that I now love, was efficient and kind, and gave me manageable and simple styling ideas that I am now going to implement in my haircare routine. Would recommend Rachael to anyone!

JLS Hair is a new location in Johnston. I love the new place! But what I love even more is Rachael-- she is amazing! I feel like a new person when I leave there. Every time she gives a great cut and style. I highly recommend her! I can't say enough good things about Rachael's professionalism and talent. I have been going to JLS for years! My dad lived down the street and when my daughter was born it was easy to drop her off at his house, walk to JLS for some me time plus then I wouldn't be away from her that long. Little did I know when I first went what a nice establishment I was walking into. It is trendy, clean and has a chic vibe throughout the facility. I was paired up with Kim. Kim is super friendly and i just give her free reign with my hair. She knows what she is doing! I have been oing to her for 8 years and she has never lead me down the wrong path with the color or cut. If I am her first appointment she asks me if I want a coffee on her way in. Now she cuts my daughters hair and my daughter LOVES her! JLS is now in a new location but not too far from their last location! They have done a great job with renovations. Still chic, trendy and clean. They now have a parking lot (super helpful!) A bigger waiting area and in general more space. I have to say, I am so glad JLS was at the end of my father's street!

Recently moved to the area and needed a new hair salon. They had a good January deal for a free cut with a color. Love the results! Beautiful clean place, and everyone is super nice.

Rachael Creeden fixed my previously colored and damaged hair with the best color, highlights, and shine that really matched what I asked for and she knew what was best for my skin tone too. My hair is now cut beautifully and I get compliments everwhere I go. Rachael was pleasant and professional and LISTENED to my concerns. I brought her 2 pictures as she said pictures helped our consultation to achieve realistic results. She gave me a beautiful style and the color and highlight I didn't realize could even be achieved. My hair went from orangy, damaged hair, to soft, honey- blonde hair with body and shine! She took away my damaged hair! Before and after pics will be on facebook soon! Thank you Rachael C! I also love that you have Sunday appointments. You are the best and will be my stylist and color specialist forever.

Kelly is by far the best stylist I've ever met in my life. She is brave, patient and very knowledgeable. She listens to what I want instead of deciding my hair fate for me (that used to happen all the time) She is flexible and honest. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does because she never pushes for more than what is necessary. I've had many hair ventures with Kelly and she has managed to always make me feel beautiful. From blonde to black to red and back. Kelly nailed it every time and my hair is as healthy as ever. Thanks for keeping me confident Kelly!

Amanda is AMAZING! She cut and colored my daughter's hair, today and it was my daughter's first ever hair cut. Amanda was very patient, showing my daughter all the stuff she asked about, like a typical 8 year old, and worked well with her when she squirmed or moved. I'm so glad I came here and will reccomend anyone go and definitely ask about Amanda.

Felt extremely rushed through my appointment and even over heard my hairdresser talking about needing to catch up. This was my second visit to this salon and unfortunately I will be going elsewhere from now on.
