I just moved to this area in North Providence, and decided to go to the one On Mineral Spring Avenue we had a tough start. I hope it turns out better because I’m sick and need a lot of medication and I do not like the voicemail.

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The wait times are horrendously long in the store no matter what time of day you get there. The staff is typically just standing there at their computers with no sense of urgency to help customers. The line could be 4-5 people long and the person at the front of the line isn't even being tended to. The store itself is fine but I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you can.

Every month I go to this pharmacy to get my prescription and every single month they tell me it isn’t there and it is out of stock. Every month I wait in line and this shorter brunette pharmacist is AMAZING and checks the shelf and magically it is there. No other pharmacist checks the shelf and month on month on month it is an issue of them saying it is out of stock but not checking the shelf. It takes me about an hour and half to go through the run around to get my medication each month and each time they send me to another line and make me wait. The whole experience is terrible and continues to be an issue. I need to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

Wait times in drive through is way to long… I have to put my car in park and wait 10 minutes just to move my car up... it’s like that until my turn after a long day I would like to pick my medication up and go home

Answering service, now they call you back in up to 4 hours. Not calling if a delay with prescription,Forgoting to give all prescriptions.Unfortunately this CVS is on down hill slide.Too bad, good people, corporate fault. 7 days going back and fault, including corporate..

I went there to pick up my prescription tonight & was told they didn't have anything for me so to try back in a bit. I went home and waited an additional hour then tried calling there three times to see if my prescription was ready, no one called me back & no one answered the phone. I left two messages. I'm waiting to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be ready three hours ago. The only reason why I'm even going to this pharmacy is because my regular CVS pharmacy is closed and I need the prescription tonight.

CVS reported $4.1B (that's more than $4,000,000,000) in profits.There's literally no reason they should be understaffed and forcing their current staff to work under such stressful conditions.Treat your workers better, corpo.
