This pharmacy is convenient because it's open 24/7. They always have a full staff and the staff is very knowledgeable and able to help. Also, extremely patient with me. I take around 15 different medications and I came from a pharmacy that packaged my pills so this is a huge change for me. They keep me organized and follow up when I leave a message. I am so very grateful for each and every one of the staff.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was there just now. The cashier closest to the door was rude because I misheard what she was saying.

I stopped at this CVS recently and I saw a travel humidifier item on the shelf. What a great idea....many times we travel and the hotel room or AirBnB are very dry and that is not good for your sinus nor your skin.A travel humidifier provides comfort during a trip. It's amazing the fun and innovative things you can find at your local CVS !!!

Awful pharmacy techs who give you attitude and do not even say hello just stare into your soul. They don't even ask for your name they just stare at you while you have to guess what they want from you. Line is always a million miles long. Doc sent in a script for one pill at 3:30pm and still not ready at 6:30pm. There's always an issue with prescriptions here. Only benefit of this CVS is that it's open 24 hours. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

One hour on hold with the pharmacy. Ridiculous. I had a total knee replacement today, my script was called into the pharmacy and it was not filled. Got some bs line about state regulations and was told my surgeon called it in wrong. I highly doubt that. I had to follow up with my surgeon and then again with the pharmacist. I waited on hold for over an hour and no one answered. I said a family member there and he had to physically wait at the pharmacy to ensure that they did their job. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable!!

CVS on Mineral Spring Avenue is always short staffed. I'm not sure why they advertise that they have a drive thru because it's NEVER open . Terribly inconvenient & poor , Poor business. Hire more staff, BIG PHARM

Convenient but has empty shelves and can't seem to restock simple things like ginger ale and real juices. If you are sick and end up here you more than likely need also need to hydrate but if you can't stomach Tampico and blue water melon typhoon Hi~C then you need to go to Cumberland farms next door. It's is also incredibly pricey.

I like that this is a 24/7 cvs! Definitely dependable. It's in a decent neighborhood and the staff is rather nice there. It's clean and nicely lit. Ppl seem less sketchy as well. I guess that's how I would rate my local cvs by lol

Poor customer service… both on the phone and at the store.
On hold for 22 minutes to call on a refill
Waited at drive thru for 15 minutes to pick up a rx… she puts up a sign…. Closed!!!
I go inside…. 7 ppl ahead of me.
Waste of time!!

Employees need to answer the phones, period, and when they do, not have a terrible attitude and argue with the sick people they are attempting to scam out of their hard earned money. I've never met ruder, lazier, or more incompetent people than the people they actually pay money to work at this pharmacy. I've had MULTIPLE issues with these people trying to force me to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for scripts that should cost under $50. They are too lazy to put in coupons for you, they even argue with your PCP about what script you need and how much you should be paying for it! The incredibly rude and unintelligent "person" I waited an hour to talk to today, blatantly called me a liar when I told her I picked up the same script for 1/6th of the price last month, despite me having a receipt! I did myself a favor today and switched to Walgreens!
