Had the best experience! My mom, my best friend, and I all went for Mani and pedis. Got the Deluxe pedi and it was 10000% worth every penny. My best friend got a mani with dip, and I got the uv gel tips. Honestly, greatest nail experience I've had. Niko was so attentive and made sure every nail was stunningly perfect. She took her time and not once did I feel rushed, or that my experience wasn't the most important part of her day. She (and everyone else who worked with my mom and friend) did an amazing job creating the overall experience for us.i had even originally wanted a dark matte color on my nails but they were SO PRETTY and done so perfectly that I just had to leave them natural.

I’ve been a continuous client at coco nails for a couple years now. Unfortunately, I’ve found myself giving them chance after chance this passed year. I leave my appointment dissatisfied 8 times out of 10. Polish is usually caked on and un-even layers. Lots of air bubbles, and is never a clean and smooth finish. I used to love the pedicures but I find them to be rushed most times. Staff aren’t mean but definitely never see a smile from most of them. I tried a different place recently and had a completely different experience in the best way, I feel like I actually got my moneys worth.I hate leaving a bad review but I think it’s important for management to be aware of the changes that need to be made.Thank you.

I truly wish I could ask for my money back.I made an appointment for a pedicure & dip manicure. I was out of the salon in less than an hour. That is unheard of. They rushed the pedicure, leaving my polish absolutely caked on, cuticles a mess, feet dry, and not to mention a horrible "10 minute massage".The dip manicure was horrible. He didn't clean up my cuticles, the dip powder is so thick, nails uneven, I had to come home and file it off my fingers because the dip residue was all over.Do not waste your time and money at this salon.

Had a manicure, took him less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Polish was going on thick, I should have questioned it...dried them for 30 minutes at the salon...at home an hour later my nails were still soft and now had fingerprints and nicks so I had to take the polish off. So disappointed, going on vacation tomorrow. I won't go back.

To be honest this has to be beyond far the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. I paid 50 dollar for a spa pedicure plus paid 5 dollar extra to get my toes painted which in most nail salon the toe painting is included. My toes look Horrible I have nail polish on the side of my toes they couldn’t even remove all the extra nail polish on the side also I was there after my pedi for about and hour and half getting my hands done and my toes was not even dry there all smudged

Very overpriced. A simple pedicure is $35 and they spend about 15 minutes on your feet. Callus remover costs extra. Gel polish is an extra $20! The only way you get good service is if you pay for the premium packages etc. they didn’t even soak my fingernails for my manicure. I’ve been to many salons of the years, this one by far is the most expensive and their services leave much to be desired. Not to mention the expensive gel dip they talked me into CRACKED on the FIRST DAY

I only put one star because you have to but honestly they don't even deserve that. I tried this place for the first time time today and will NEVER go back. They are very over priced and my pedicure was horrible. I could have done a better job myself. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place

I Love Love Coco Nails & Spa, I have been a client since August 2020, during the mist of the Covid Pandemic. I had a small gathering that I needed to attend and needed a Mani & Pedi. When places started opening up during the pandemic, a friend of mine had posted pics on Facebook of Coco Nails & Spa, it looked so clean; I booked an appointment. I would Never go anywhere else. The Staff is always accommodating & friendly. When my friends are looking for a new place for a mani & pedi, I always highly recommend Coco Nails & Spa. I simply Love Coco Nails & Spa.

Never ever would I go back there. I got a basic pedicure that usually takes 25-30 minutes everywhere else I've been, this place took 10 minutes. No type of soaking or massage or good foot scrub. Horrible! A waste of money, could've done a better job at home. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

I have been a regular at Coco nails, however the last appointment I had I left very unhappy. The mail tech was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She argued with me saying I had tips on when I didn’t… I was also charged $80 for a mediocre job. I wanted to keep my nails round, but the nail tech made them square because of the design I wanted. However, I have gotten this design done on round nails before. I also had to ask to put more coats on the sparkle nails because you could barely see it. Again, the nail tech was annoyed that I asked.I get that the salon wants to get you in and out. But, for $80, I would like to feel like it was worth the money.Unfortunately, I do not recommend and I will not be coming to Cocos again.

I walked in yesterday for a full set of nails, waxing of my lip and eyebrows, and a pedicure. The pedicure was done nicely. I had a full set put on and I was not pleased, at all, with the experience, plus I felt like I was being disrespected The waxing is incomplete. I felt like I was bothering her or I was asking to much. And to top it off she got wax in my hair.Even though I was displeased, I did give her a tip because the pedicure was done nicely.

so...I'm disappointed. The girl that did my nails was amazing and I liked the salon but I just didn't like the experience I had I was seeing a different nail tech at a different salon and she had awesome nails and she moved away so I asked her where she went and she sent me here and I had an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes which was fine. I'm not a Karen. I rarely complain. I came in with a photo of what I wanted that the tech had done and she brought it to who I confirmed was the owner from her responses here on yelp to other peoples complaints. my tech came back and told me that my gel filled with gems on it would be $80 to which I obliged( even though a typical fill is $40) I gave my nail tech $25 as a tip. I was satisfied. The owner came over looked at my nails complimented them and I assume went to the front desk to tell them to charge me more after the fact when I went up to the front desk receptionist said I know she said it was going to be $80 but it's going to be $90 and I just kind of looked at her and said OK I'm not typically one to stay quiet, I was just kind of shocked, it wasn't about the money the nails were worth the money I don't care about the $10. I just found it to be sneaky and greedy. so I'm glad the owner got the extra $10 now they lost me as a repeat customer who would've spent a lot of money there also one of the gems sell off a day later so I had to go back in to get fixed. before I left, I spoke to the receptionist to tell her how I felt and she tried to tell me that the $10 was for the gems they didn't know I want to gems even though they did ( even though it was just a random excuse that would've meant they were charging me $80 for a normal fill that normally cost $40 and then $10 for gems which makes no sense ) i think the owner just decided she wanted to squeeze another 10 bucks out of me which i saw is common practice in other reviews. they also insisted I take a five dollar coupon which I said no thank you i also stated I didn't want my ($10) money back but Had they given it to me I would've just given it to my nail tech and they were very nice about it and one of the men that work there ran out to my car and gave the coupon to me even though I don't need a coupon because I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the nail tech did a wonderful job and I would've like to continue seeing her but the OWNER changing the price after the nails are done and I was quoted a price for exactly what I asked for. I just wouldn't trust getting my nails done here again. again, it's not about the money. the nails were worth the money it's just about being transparent and giving the correct price for what I asked for upfront and then not tacking on random amounts of money at the end it's greedy and kind of d*** to lose a customer who would've spent lots of money in the long run over $10.
