Citizens on Charles St was exceptional. However, I must be clear that it was specifically the location here that provided an exceptional experience. Prior to entering the Charles St branch I was ready to switch banking institutions all together. After leaving here though I decided to give it another chance solely based upon the care, considerate accommodating attitude and most importantly expertise and refusal to quit without providing me a solution attitude of the bank specialist here. If Citizens could manage to maintain employees who had even half of the ethic of this woman, they'd be in good shape. I had this experience over a year ago and still remember her ability to switch a negative experience into a dynamic one. I only wish I could remember her name so she could maintain credit for a job well done.

Don't do it. The customer service is terrible. They do not listen to you. More interested in pushing to open an account. The branch manager has no customer service skills. They don't care.

I have been a customer since the seventies and I have always received excellent customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant... Such a unique combination in today's day and age.

While the clerk was friendly, the clerk did not understand the concept of depositing an insurance check when it is endorsed (signed off) by the adjusting and mortgage companies - as the money belongs to me.The clerk informed me I would need a bank account with the mortgage and adjusting company in order to deposit it. This definitely frustrated me as this premise made 0 sense and I needed the money available asap. More training is needed in that department

Sergio Ortiz was great. Helped me set up a new account in a timely manner. He answered all my questions with ease. Very personable and friendly. Need more employees like this. He even went above and beyond and helped me with an issue with another account i have there. Would recommend this branch, i was greeted and taken care of quickly. Thanks Sergio

Had an issue with my overdraft fee and I got it fixed with Brianna today, I was on the phone for 1 min and 50 seconds after being on the card customer service line for 15min with a foreign customer service worker and they couldn’t help me and were so rude. Very thankful I called my local bank!

Horrible customer service , do not get a loan through this bank , Also their system is sending out false notices of past due , yet they say all is current but their system says past due

Tellers need to be trained better they have no to little knowledge what they are doing in the branch location. They replaced old tellers with stupid disrespectful new ones.

Asked the branch manager Anthony Chavier to waive a fee. He would not work with me even though I've been a citizens customer for over 10 years and never asked for a fee to be waived. When I asked him if he had the authority to waive the fee he said yes but he also has the authority to give me $100 but why would he go do that and then kicked me out of his office. One of the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in banking. Unfortunately Anthony is only concerned with profit & loss and not his customers or customer service. Other than using the ATM I would never walk into that branch again.

Been in line inside the bank for 10 minutes and all tellers r helping either other bank staff or the drive thru. Every other citizens bank helps whoever is next. Will never bank at this branch again

This is my favorite favorite favorite bank. The veterans know us by name, we like to bring them treats from time to time to thank them for being so pleasant to work with. The one downside is when they get new employees.. some of them are rude, slow, make mistakes with money.. but I know how hard it is to find good help!
