There is always something wrong whether it be a cash machine or broken computer. The service is horrendous. And I have given them multiple chances. It’s worth going somewhere else!

Carolina was extremely helpful and took an entire hour without complaint or hesitation on a busy day to undo 14 years of banking neglect for my 84 year old grandmother. Excellent branch, likely to get very busy in peak times but that should tell you people rather like it.

Bank card randomly shut down. Guy at the bank keeps hanging up on me and refusing to help all while customer services also says they cannot help!Update! Called a different branch, and they helped me entirely. Seems like this man could have been bothered less. If you don’t enjoy your job, just say so.
