“We had the honor to have lived in the apartment unit with the terrace and not only was the view spectacular but the staff here is amazing. The front receptionist (all) were very communicative, professional and welcoming. It made living here absolutely pleasant especially if you have children. Being across from the train station was bonus. Center place really is in center of everything in downtown providence. We had an amazing summer here and visit frequently.”
“Location is perfect for school and the first floor has a very nice place to study/hang out. Ty and all staff are very attentive and listen to all our concerns. I honeslty appreciate their efforts to help every tenant. Everyweek there are meetings where you can directly address any issue you may have. No place is perfect but they sincerely try to make this place your new "home".”

“While I was not a prospective tenant I can tell you the property manager (Jessica) is an exceptionally professional person to work with.Let me explain ..I received notice that a credit bureau had pinged me for being in arrears at this complex.After calling Jessica, she went above and beyond to correct this error and went above and beyond to keep me informed as to the status.I must say, the company employing her must be so very proud of Jessica - her professionalism, tenacity and dedication is something very rare in todays world.All I can conclude is that being a tenant with an issue (and with Jessica to reach out to) - rest assured you'll be well taken care of. The complex must be well maintained and run with her at the helm overseeing it!”

The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to requests and definitely take care of your needs. Lived here for a year and moved out because of my job but 10/10!”

“We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines.The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.”

“I've been at the Slater Cotton Mill for 4 years now. Love the girls in the office, love the residents, & love the amenities here. Biggest bang for your buck at this property with all the amenities they offer along with the ability to get anywhere in the state and MA so easily. Honestly, best place I've lived and couldn't recommend it more.”
“I went there to apply for an apartment and found it very beautiful, inside and out. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I didn't end up renting there only because I found a more appropriate place for myself in Tiverton. Otherwise I would be living there now. I forgot to add that they do accept low income!”

“09/03/2020I am a potential resident. I had an amazing tour of the lofts with Rosie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She is really the best. I definitely recommend Greystone lifts if you are looking for an apartment. The lofts are absolutely beautiful and it has so many amenities that come with it. I give my experience five stars.”
