STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! The worst most uncaring vets I have ever encountered. If your pet is not gonna make them hundreds or thousands they don't want to hear it. The ignorance of not even wanting to take the time to come out and check my dog disgust me. No the Dr said it's not worth her time to come out there for your 15 year old dog that won't make her much money in the future. I should have known from her first visit, I asked her to give a quick check to my other dog and she promptly packed up and left. They're only in it for the money, they DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR PET!!!!!!

The staff listen and demonstrate genuine care and concern for their patients and family. I have never felt pressured to buy additional products or unnecessary services. Overall great experience!

Dr. Lorenson conducted a routine dental and ear cleaning on my cat. My cat came back to me with serious inner ear damage that rendered her deaf, unable to keep her balance and unable to eat and drink. After a week of no change and considerable suffering and anxiety, I requested a refund. Dr. Lorenson resisted at first, telling me she would do so only if my cat died. She finally agreed, but afterwards stopped all contact and canceled my follow-up appointment without telling me. It has been 3 weeks since the procedure. My cat has gone from being happy and active to being what I fear will be permanently disabled. I'll be taking her to another vet next week and I haven't given up hope. But I'm heartbroken.

We took our kittens in for their first vet visit and the doctor and staff were patient with us and our kittens. They answered all of our questions and made us and the kittens feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

I've been taking my pets to Wickford Vet for over 15 years. I took my Pet in for an ultrasound and left him and when I picked him up there was not a Doctor there to give me the results of the test. It was not after closing. I will not be bringing him back there. That is so disheartening that I would be worried about him and then no results given to me!! Especially after paying $345.00!

Dr Saslaw was so kind and knowledgeable with my “Lil Dragon” Karma. I was a bit worried about him being on his best behavior, but he was so comfortable with her!!! She gave me lots of very useful information to help with his growth, and health. Thank You!!!

We feel SO lucky to have found Wickford Vet Clinic and Dr. Lorenson. We adopted an Egyptian Mau straight from Egypt. She can be difficult, to put it mildly. There was no way to get her into a carrier without everyone involved getting injured. Dr. Lorenson came to the house with her assistant and they were able to vaccinate her and identify a dental issue she's having, which apparently is common with Egyptian Maus. I've needed to call the office a couple of times since then with questions and the staff literally couldn't be kinder and more professional.
The medicine to help with the cat's mouth pain has made her calmer and not as unhinged. The entire family is so grateful.

I called Wickford vet when my senior dog became very ill and my regular vet was on vacation. The entire staff was so nice, compassionate and accommodating especially considering we were not a regular patient of theirs. We scheduled a time for Dr. Lorenson to come to the house and help Riley over the rainbow, but shortly before she arrived he started being able to move again. Dr. Lorenson checked him out and gave us insight into what may be going on and provided options and treatment recommendations for us. She also followed up to see how Riley was feeling. I’m very thankful to have found Wickford vet and so thankful to the entire staff to help us during the difficult time!!! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!

Wickford Vet Clinic was recommended to me by another practice when I was searching for a reptile vet. When I called the practice the vet tech was friendly and helpful in explaining how to get my reptile seen for a suspected illness when I was not an established client. I was lucky to get seen on a Saturday due to a cancellation. The vet and vet tech answered all of my questions and were kind and gentle to my reptile. I felt that my reptile was receiving quality care.The facilities are clean and welcoming. I was seen right away when I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. The facility is near Quonset airfield in case you are driving in from another part of the state.

It was ok, people are very nice prices are ok, butl have a Russian tortoise the Dr. was very young but very nice, l would go bk again if l need to.
