I have been here a few times before and each time it has been comfortable and clean. Great for a quick over night stay or a couple days stay as you do activities in neighboring town and within the town itself.Rooms: Clean and minimal.Quick overnight trip this is a great place to lay your head be comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.Nearby activities: Diner, Bowling Alley, Discount Stores, Entire food mall across the street. There are other near by shops , stores, restaurants and things to do near by.Safety: I had no issues. It is pretty safe. In the room had nothing alarming or any safety hazardsFood & drinks: There is a ice maker and soda machine inside the venue.

I was supposed to meet an associate there. He got there one day before me and called me within fifteen minutes of arrival. He said, and I quote, “This place is a dump. Cancel your reservation. I’m checking out in the morning.” I had made the reservation on Expedia. They claimed that Wickford refused to refund my prepayment. Either way, I will never stay at Wickford Motor Inn and I will never use Expedia. Wickford Inn is a dump and Expedia is a cheat. Don’t use Expedia and don’t go to Wickford Motor Inn..

My family booked this creepy hotel from Thursday July27th to Sunday July 30th. But we ended up leaving a day early due to its uncleanliness and disgusting odors. Firstly we walked in the motel and it felt like 100 degrees and it smelled like a smoky nursing home. Then nobody was at the check in desk . After we got the keys we entered hell, the beds had brown stains and hairs and the room reeked of smoke. To top it there was no room service and they had the nerve to leave an envelope for a tip. To add more this creepy dirty motel had no tissues. Please I hope I can save someone from going to this disgusting motel. Pay more and go to a better hotel. Lastly. There were few men that were coming and going as they please and they were smoking.

Room smelled weird. Bathroom door did not close properly. The carpet in the room had a strange odor. The only good thing was it was a good distance from Easton’s Beach. Only worth staying if spending one night. No daily room service.Nearby activities: Close to Easton’s beach and downtown Newport

We were there for 3 nights but ended up leaving on the second. First and last time for our stay. The rooms stunk like something was dead and smoke. My mothers room had blood stains in the rug plus her tub kept clogging up with water. Besides that her bathroom door was broken and wouldn't even close, when we brought it to there attention nothing was done. Our beds had hairs and stains and stunk. Please don't come to this cheap and dirty motel. Lastly. No security anybody could come in and do what they wanted.

Awful. Do not stay here. It's outdated and dirty. Stains on the comforter and carpet, (disgusting stains). But not only was it dirty I didn't feel safe. Upon arriving there were multiple men hanging around outside doing god knows what. Once we received our key and checked out the room we turned right around and left. Very old school the Inn keeper checks you in by crossing your name off a piece a paper she has hand written down. I honestly felt like I was in a movie. The whole 15 minute experience was awful. Save your money and learn from my mistake. I figured "how bad could it be"... take it from me, it's bad. This is a place used for other intentions. The other person who said that it was a crack house is probably right.

This is by far the worst lodging I've ever stayed in, in my 71 years. First, I asked Priceline for an accessible motel. This turned out NOT accessible. Step up at the door, four steps up to check in. I had to make do with my cane and careful walking. The room smelled of urine, the sheets were yellowed, the carpet was stained and had burn marks, and the one chair was a broken "office" chair that couldn't be adjusted. All in all, AVOID this lodging at all costs! If I wasn't so tired, after a long drive, I would have tried to find something else. If you are disabled, don't bother!

Beds were OK, Room was very dark, TV remote didn't work, they got one from a different room and it worked. AC worked but unclear how to set it up. Was annoying. Sheets and pillowcases were clean but had a H.D. clorox smell.Over priced for what you got in my estimation, but nothing else available when we booked it 2 months prior.
