If there were zero stars I'd give it. They kept me waiting a week for a prescription and then told me it was out of stock finally after 3 visits. Has to cancel a hard to get Drs appt because it was needed for the Drs appt. Then spent an HOUR on hold trying to get it transferred to another pharmacy. Worst pharmacy I have EVER USED.

The worst place !! They sell me a device which uses the most expensive strips..why would they do that..I was naive enough and just took whatever they gave me since my doctors prescribed a device..it could have been any but Ofcourse they would part ways with the one which uses the most expensive strips..I am changing my pharmacy to CVS..I would rather drive the distance ..

Horrible!! RUN !!! The girl at the Pharmacy gave me the wrong Vovid Booster shot after I confirmed Moderna 3 times before dose was given. The untrained/ idiot after acknowledging I wanted Moderna and she gave me Pfizer .... The girl on the pharmacy told me it was Moderna and it was NOT!!! I have contacted Corporate to let them know that IDIOTS!! Work at this Pharmacy!!!! Should be shut down!! Store is NOT clean either ! Workers are unprofessional!

They wont answer their phones! They need to close this store, should not be a pharmacy if they wont answer their phones. worst service ever. I don't know what happened but I'm pretty sure they want to go out of business. Wont be going there anymore...

Drive out of my way to go to Walgreens to get a passport photo and there machine was down. I also once came here to hand in unused pain meds to waste and they refused to take them. Ugh...whenever I come here they can't help!

Richmond RI Walgreens- on 138 has gone seriously downhill over the past year and corporate does not seem to care. Lack of staffing and overwhelmed pharmacy techs- it's depressing going in there. Recently my daughter needed her meds as quite ill- the pharmacy was closed completely for 2-3 days. Final straw-transferring family scripts.

Ever since it has switched to walgreens I never have a good experience. My prescriptions are never done when they are supposed to be. Went inside two days ago to get a prescription well after the time to be ready and was told 15-20 mins. Couldn't wait and here I am 2 days later and was just told it was almost done

It isn't often that pharmacies and convenience stores such as Walgreens and CVS get high reviews. I came to this Walgreens from Providence to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Both times, the workers at the pharmacy were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I witnessed multiple instances where they calmly dealt with customers' questions or frustrations regarding prescriptions. The actual shot did not hurt at all and didn't take long to prepare. I was in and out of there within around 25 minutes (15 minutes being after I got the vaccination). If you live nearby, I would highly recommend this Walgreens. The regular store as well as the pharmacy are small but top tier when it comes to customer service.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Walgreens. Staff was rude and couldn't be bothered to help. Ordered photos through their app and the employee stated that the estimated time was never right and I would have to wait even though they were supposed to be ready an hour before and there were only 10 photos. Then I stated that I had a coupon and the employee stated that if it wasn't one they had in-store it couldn't be used without even attempting to do so. I will never come to this location again and I hope no other walgreens have such more customer service.

The assistant at the pharmacy was absolutely terrible. As a handicap person, I sat at the window for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window just to acknowledge that I was there. I rang the bell four times over the 10 minutesWhen she finally arrived,I asked if I was handicapped could I drive back around in 15 minutes or a half hour to pick it up the prescription. she told me if you’re waiting for it you have to come inside. I told her I could not come inside. she became very nasty and irritated making some remarks. I asked for my prescription back and went to another pharmacy where they helped me immediately and delivered it to my car because it was raining.
