Well, 5 years ago I gave this location 5 star review and touted it as the best location in the state. What a turn around tonight. I went in a little before 6 pm, told them my wife and daughter came in Friday. My wife upgraded her phone and added our daughter to her plan, I wanted to see what offers were available to add me to the plan. she said she would put me in the queue, there was 1 person ahead of me, and i should have my wife add me as an account manager. Called the wife, she tried to add me but it said "your device is too new to add a manager". So I got her account number, pin and password. And she was ready at home if we needed to call her.So I waited, and waited. Very patiently. I walked around and checked out the options and never made a peep.Roughly 100 minutes later I was finally called up. I was told there was nothing they could do because I wasn't an account manager. And then I said my wife tried to add me but she couldn't I have her account number her pin her password and you can call her. So the girl went and checked with the manager and the manager said I can't be added for 30 days after my wife had upgraded her phone. So the entire 100 minutes that I waited they knew that information but I was never told up front that it would be a requirement. So my patiently waited for over an hour and a half for absolutely nothing. I was a Verizon wireless customer for 23 years. For the last 13 months I tried mint mobile and I actually really like mints coverage. But their customer service is terrible so I wanted to give Verizon another chance. Now I remember why I left Verizon 13 months ago. Thank you for the reminder, happy holidays and good luck.

Walked in right when they opened because my new iPhone was having connectivity issues. Told to reset my network settings and update which I did prior to walking in. Guy flat out told me call customer service.

The Customer Service at this store was horrendous. I received a bad out of box replacement phone that I was instructed to return to this store. Not only was I met with rudeness, but I was told that wait time was 90 minutes and to "Sit over there and wait your turn!". Please keep in mind that they had not even asked for my Name or Acct Number at this point and there was only 5 people ahead of me and they had Staff just hanging out doing nothing. Very simply, they did not help resolve my issue and I was forced to escalate this with Verizon Customer Service Support. Still without a New phone and unsure if my Return was even processed as $700 hangs in the balance.

This entire facility needs to be restaffed the prices are manipulated the customer service is entitled and offensive to their customers I've had a broken phone for 3 months and walked in with over $100,000 on my debit card and $8000 cash and they couldn't even manage to sell me a new phone the employees spend most of their time doing nothing in the back room or taking breaks. the woman that work here are trash talking karens and reflect poorly on the entire corporation as a whole. They intentionally waste people time here because they feel entitled to having a paycheck for just existing and I've had enough of my time wasted here. Fire everyone and restaff the entire facility. ??

DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON. We brought our phones over from T-Mobile for a promotion of $500 gift cards. We did not purchase new phones. We were told we were not locked into any contract and if we were not satisfied once the gift cards were used we could switch carriers. Lo and behold, we switched after 10 months and Verizon charged us $1000. Unauthorized payment charge and misinformed by the representative we had. Verizon is refusing to refund any of it saying that this should have been told us to us when it was not but will not admit any mistakes “hands tied, they said.” Terrible Customer Service and I’ll make sure it’s known not to come to Verizon.

Brittney is a excellent sales rep with extreme patience and integrity along with her boss and we appreciate the both of yous. Excellent customer service, people skills and great conversation with an overall great experience. Both are very knowledgeable about verizons operations. We bought 2 s23 Ultras and could not be any happier thank you very much we will be back for anything we needVerizon..Hope your enjoying the great weather and taking care.

Lies, fraud, manipulation. I was scammed by a trade in promotion at this location. Salesperson assured me the agreed upon value was immutable, no strings attached, contract I signed reflected that, and trade in value was properly subtracted on my receipt. Notice by bill is higher 2 months later, they changed the trade in value to 50% of the agreed upon value and we're charging me monthly for the difference.Fast forward 9 months, I have spent over 10 hours (!!!) on calls with verizon representatives, who each lie through their teeth and waste my time, assuring me the problem will be resolved on the next bill.Every month, for 9 months. Started recording the calls and got the representative to write confirmation of their lies and fraud. Complaint filed with the DA and considering personal legal action.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT NEGLIGENT, IT IS MALICIOUS.

Lying, underhanded business. Find a different provider. Traded in my phone for $800, bottom line, paid the difference at the counter for the upgrade such that the remaining balance was 0. Months later, notice $30 has been added to my monthly bill. Turns out they only put half of the agreed-upon bottom-line signed-contract trade-in value and have been secretly charging me for the $400 difference. Just had to spend an hour on the phone with corporate to get them to sign a new promotion to make the difference up.

Jeremy was very helpful in getting my tablet notifications resolved. Later in the day my phone froze. I didn't know how to power it off with the buttons. I had to stop back in.The sales girl was able to freeze my phone.. Excellent service.

I am going to give 5 STARS to select employees of this branch.Christopher RheinesDoranya SaoMy cross-body phone/wallet combo was stolen on Halloween. I spent a good majority of the next day online with Verizon. I was trying to hook up an old phone. I had a bad sim and they told me to go to a store to get a new SIM. I went to (2) authorized dealers and none of them had a SIMs. I was told by Verizon to go to a corporate store. I drove 40 minutes to the North Kingston store, with my 2-year-old. A customer service rep attempted to help me but when told them my photo ID was stolen as well, they said there was nothing they could do "we are all on video here, I can't even give you a SIM, to take home". I did have a copy of my ID on my laptop and credit cards, listing my full name, and a utility bill. Despite this, the customer service rep and manager provided no solutions. I was about to cancel my (2) lines when 2 other reps chimed in and came up with solutions. Christopher suggested I can go online, apply for a new RI ID and get a digital copy immediately. He took the time to help me with this process, right there in the store. Doranya was extremely helpful, she entertained my 2-year-old while I was filling out the online DMV application. I can't thank these (2) employees enough for going above and beyond that day, thinking outside the box, and offering solutions. They truly saved my loyalty to Verizon.

The staff is absolutely amazing and are super helpful. With the phone issues I was having, I didn’t think a solution was possible but they were able to fix it and provide nothing but the best service possible
