We’ve been taking our dog to dr Dave for 10 years. He and his staff have always been extremely kind and super efficient. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take Molly anywhere else.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic from the moment I walked through the door. The veterinarian treated both my dog and me with blatant disrespect, making it clear that our presence was not welcomed. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff was shocking and unacceptable, leading me to refuse their services entirely. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic if they value respectful and compassionate treatment for their pets. This place is far from satisfactory and does not deserve your trust or business.

Worst experience here. If you love your pet like your family, I would not suggest going here. The receptionist lacks remorse or empathy. We were devastated in the way in which she spoke to us. So upsetting.

worst experience with receptionist. our 6 month old puppy is crying, his ear is oozing crust and puss, and she was not considerate or empathetic with respect to when we could fit him in or if it was possible to be seen with 30 minutes until close. we live in the neighborhood and begged, but she acted without compassion or remorse. even if we couldn't fit him in today, I wish she could have been at least empathetic to our situation. would highly recommend against anyone that loves their pet like family to go here - plenty of other better options in the area.

The only place I will take my pup. She is animal aggressive and selective with most people. She absolutely loves him and has no anxiety going to see him. They text me when it’s clear of animals to come inside and they treat her with such compassion. The vet techs are all amazing and great with her as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet that cares for your animal like their own.

My 2-1/2 month Doberman had his ear croppings done here. Yes, before you say anything, we weren’t aware of the severity that this Vet would put our dog through. Following the procedure, our Doberman received an infection from the hack job they did.Please do not take you dog here as he clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.

The vets are wonderful here, but there is too much miscommunication at the front desk - repeatedly. The vet requested that I set up an appt for my dog's ultrasound. After almost 2 months of phone calls and walking into their clinic they finally called me back last week to schedule appt for the following week. Gave me the date and time to come in with instructions of no food/water beforehand. Called the day before procedure and they now have no record of my scheduled appt for ultrasound. I have given up all together and am now taking my dog to another vet in the area. Very disappointing because, like I said, the vets here are top notch.

Dr Dave is great. His wife (manager) talks down to patients and is extremely rude. No wonder all his great staff has left over the years.

excellent service- great vet and techs. Dr. took lots of time at our annual visit to explain everything and answer all my questions. Really appreciate feeling like a partner in my pets health in an informative way.

Great veterinary practice. Very thorough exam and responded to all my questions, explaining everything. The facility is very clean and has a friendly staff. I was pleased that they called to see how my dog was doing within a week of our initial visit. I would highly recommend.

The vets are good. However, with anything serious, they tend to refer out to Ocean State. They also have a huge focus on dental for animals...which is important, but felt like a pushy side gig. The place is immaculate and they do a nice job of using technology. All records and reminders are digital. This was helpful. They are also also priced competitively with other local vets. Great for routine and local, but may not be suitable for more serious needs (based on experience, which may not be fair to generalize). Worth a try..but be sure to have some alternates in mind.

I absolutely recommend this place. Called in a panic for my cat to be seen and they were so helpful and accommodating to see my cat the same day! Dr. Thomas and the staff made me feel less nervous about dropping my cat off. They were extremely friendly and handled my cat SO great. When they brought her back out she was calm and not stressed. Pricing was great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I'm so glad to have found this place, this will be my Veterinary for my older cat. Thanks again!
