They get one star because the store was cute and the clothing looked high quality, from the little that I saw. I didn't stay long because the sales lady made me feel uncomfortable with her death stare and RBF. Not sure why one would work at and/or own a children's store, if you don't like children. It was obvious that she was upset I walked in with three kids. I had full intentions of going in to buy the kids matching lobster pajamas , which looked so cute in the window and bring me fond memories of life in New England. Upon walking in, she looked disgusted that I would dare bring kids in the store. Then her eyes followed our every movement, still with a face of disgust. She didn't deserve my business, so I left.I wanted to do a Julia Roberts in Pretty Women..."I have money to spend here", but, she is not worth my time and money.

Love this place! So many unique toys and a large selection to choose from. Associates are very kind and helpful.

This store is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Tons of clothing, toys, stuffed animals, and more. Wall to wall selection from infant to toddler. Gender-neutral section. And a boys section in the back including Legos. Some on street parking and more parking behind the building. Workers are friendly and helpful. Gift wrapping is available. Pricing is a little bit high, but it is a boutique shop.

My family, neighbors and friends have enjoyed years of shopping at Teddy Bearskins… has always been my “go-to” for special occasions, birthday presents, baby showers, because of the high quality brands, personal service and beautiful gift wrapping! My daughter, who just turned 30, has been “styled” by Debbie and Francie for years. Now she’s a new mom and the tradition lives on. She purchased her car seats, strollers and baby essentials here and Devan and Carol at the EG location were fantastic to work with! Can’t say enough about Teddy Bearskins! They are simply the best!

I usually go to the teddy bearskins in Wickford and the women in there are just wonderful. So helpful and very easy to talk to. I was in East Greenwich and I needed to pick up a gift for a christening so I went into the one there. Since I'm going to be a grandmother in a few weeks I spent a fair amount of time wandering around trying not to buy anything else for my new grandchild, very difficult! I found a book for the christening but then was wandering around to see if there was anything else inspiring me. The chubby blonde woman who works there was following me around and very rude when I checked out. What a disappointment. I'll stay in Wickford.

We have been coming here for our son shoes now for years. They have an great selection and the staff goes above and beyond. Also the clothing and toys section is AMAZING and when you are done shopping they also offer gift wrapping if need be. So happy to have such a friendly and inviting mom and pop shop in our neighborhood.

I stopped by this morning for some last minute Christmas shopping. There were so many things to choose from! Lots of great books, plush toys, adorable outfits, LEGO sets, wooden toys, etc. They even offer gift wrap and the woman working there was friendly and told me about the layout of the store because it was my first visit.

Staff was very rude and unfriendly. Both women working followed my girlfriend and I with our infant around the store like we were going to steal. Everything was redicously overpriced and very plain. Staff acted very surprised we were puchasing something when we were ready to check out. That will be our first and last time give them our business.

Sales women we’re not friendly. . They were not happy to be there and seemed put out with our kids. Bought over 200 dlls and Although the product is great, I can find same products elsewhere with more engaging sales people. If you don’t care for children don’t work there.

This store had some very cute things in it. HOWEVER I will NEVER step foot back inside nor spend a penny in it. One of the 2 employees (Bc I seriously hope that is not an owner) was the rudest person I have ever encountered. When I complimented how cute the store was her response was simply and rudely “yea”. She kept staring at my son and friend’s daughter who are 3yo and 2yo bc they were playing with some of the toys in a TOY STORE! If it bothers you to see the joy that toys bring little kids get a new job or new business bc this is the wrong place for you. Seems like other customers share my same thoughts. Sucks that I won’t ever support this local business.

Very disappointing your at there mercy if you have to return something and you can not receive a refund. To your original form of purchase store credit only which I was not aware never would have shopped there out dated rule they have several stores no reason for not giving a refund if you have a receipt and less then 30 days .

Shopped here today to get some baby essentials for the arrival of my new baby cousin.? This adorable little children's shop has boutique quality items. Clothing, toys, blankets, bibs, hair accessories, bathing suits books, stuffed animals, baby and children's jewelry, communion and baptism attire and more!! The ladies behind the counter offered to wrap a baby book i purchased, and they did a beautiful job. They were pleasant and helpful. Ample parking. This store is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something beautiful and unique.
