I've been here 3 times to get a screen protector for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the first two times I went in there no one greeted me and continued to help the customers in front of me until I finally left. Now I'm here the 3rd time and they don't have any screen protectors. This place should be shut down it's not help to any customers.

What a great T-Mobile store with fantastic employees. Jasmine and Jamie have helped me with several products and I always leave feeling blessed to have met them. They are kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Being a senior citizens they never let you feel challenged by the technology. They make you feel confident, but also encourage you to return with any questions or problems. When I have stopped back in it is like I am visiting two friends. I had fallen and broken my hip and for safety reasons needed a watch. They spent a great deal of time making sure I could operate it and were never impatient. I highly recommend this store and employees.

Our associate Jamie was a 10! He was professional, personable and extremely helpful. He listened to our needs and provided a product to enhance our wireless experience. I would come back here time and again. Thank you Jamie!

Horrible customer service at this locationBoth employees that are there look like they are high out of One of them was incredibly disrespectful in arrogant One of them did not even have their name tag on very unprofessional would not recommend this location to anyone.

Literally the worst T-Mobile store I ever been to. They couldn’t do a simple thing like activate my phone, their manager told me to “update my phone” which was useless anyway. I had to contact corporate to get my phone activated. Useless store, useless people.

Went into Tmobile today in a rush because my phone froze and I couldn’t power it off. The associate working was able to power cycle my device and get it working again. Then noticed my screen protector was cracked and offered me a new one. I had insurance to cover it so I went ahead with it. Quickly they replaced my screen protector with a brand new one. I was very pleased with the whole interaction today. Thanks Guys!

I bought my phone at another TMobile location. I asked if they could help me transferring my old phone to my new phone. I was thinking cause it was close to me at that moment and the other T-Mobile location was a bit far. There were 3 reps no customers at the time. The rep told me I had to go to the original store because I already did made a deposit. This store is not corporate and the rep was not going to get credit and would be wasting his time with me. Very inconvenient for me to drive 35 minutes to the other T-Mobile store. This T-Mobile store please do better. This location sucks and I will take my business elsewhere. And I would advise clients to not do business here.

This store will sell you a phone or a plan, after that you're on your own. Independently owned and not a corporate store they told me when I went there to redeem my T-Mobile discount award on accessories.Redeem at the store you bought your phone, the text message said? All of my T-Mobile communications said I could return my trade in phone at the branch where I bought it. Nope, They said their printer wasn't working.... I wonder how they print out purchase orders and receipts ? I would have to go someplace else to print my own label and mail it myself they said. I have in the past had good luck there but things have changed. There's always new people there. I did go to the Bald hill road store in Warwick for the discounted accessories and they had me in and out in a few minutes. The girl who helped was very knowledgeable and even set up my phone with the accessories.Very good service there!

Great experience with Jamie! He stayed on the phone with customer service for 3hours until my issue was resolved! While sitting in the store for three hours, I observed how all of the T-Mobile team interacts with the customers and I was impressed! The whole team working that day was super knowledgeable and patient with every issue that came about. Some of the customers on the hand were rude and intolerable, but they all kept a professional demeanor. Highly recommend this store!

There were 3 employees. Two of which sounded like they knew what they were doing but one didn't a to know much of anything. The two experienced ones were very helpful and polite but the other not so much. Also, there was a long wait to be seen. Every time I've been there it a takes a long time to be waited on. They should have more help!
