The staff is great. Super friendly, super helpful. The pet wash stations just aren’t on par with the Wakefield location. The leads in the tubs are coated cables compared to Wakefield’s nylon adjustable length leads. Wakefield provides cleaning solution for the ears NK does not. It would be nice to see consistency between the locations

We use the self service dog wash here. That alone makes it an amazing place. It is well kept and clean, and $12 to wash your dog and not have to worry about the mess or bath water all over is so worth it. Staff is friendly, store is well stocked and VERY clean.

I have been a long time shopper of both your Warwick (old location) and North Kingstown; however, after the way I was treated today, I will never return to your Warwick location again. The girl working was rude, condescending, and should not be dealing with customers. I purchased a product that was subpar quality and wanted to talk to them about it and see if they have had any other complaints of lower than normal quality, and possibly see if I could exchange for the same product. This is something that I have purchased for years, faithfully from Rumford, and never had an issue. The way she treated me was disgraceful, that I ended up just walking out. From now on, I will go to another local establishment that actually treats their customers properly.

Good place for a dog bath. He was so muddy from the dog park and is now squeaky clean! Staff very helpful and complimentary treats provided.
