We use the self service dog wash here. That alone makes it an amazing place. It is well kept and clean, and $12 to wash your dog and not have to worry about the mess or bath water all over is so worth it. Staff is friendly, store is well stocked and VERY clean.

Not as good as fetch in Richmond but better than petco.

I love this place. The two Emily's that work the store are so helpful and cheerful. And they love the animals that they're helping
