Selling bad/dead old mushy bait(multiple times a season)
Bad customer service, have no respect for the customers, giving unnecessary lip, the teenagers that work there, definitely need a reality check before someone puts them in their place!!!

Today dropped in for sea worms. Yes I know they cost alot more then previous years. I asked for a dozen with some size to them . The sales guy looked in a couple boxes and "oh, these are much better" His words. .really? And inch long for $14.97 a dozen. Don't go there. Hey Quaker be proud of what you sell to the hard working public or don't sell it.

Don’t like to write bad reviews but they left me no choice. On three occasions they sold me dead crabs and I buy extra staff that I don’t even need just to support the business

The kids working inside helped my dad and I tremendously. They set us up with a rod, line, everything we needed to fish for the first time. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each rod and didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive equipment. Extremely helpful group of kids in here. Saved my dad and I a lot of time and hassle. They even set up the fishing line on our new poles for us and explained how to tie knots & get the lure on there.

Went in there by a dozen clam worms got them home looked at them there wasn't a dozen the rest were bits and pieces went back told him I had the Box and but I needed another box and they charge me another $12 not very much on customer service they'll never see my business again

The gentleman was kind enough to go through 5 Flats of the sea worms to get us a dozen trolling worms, and I purchased two dozen more. That is excellent customer service. ?????
