THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO HELPED ME IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL, SHE EXCHANGED THE FOOD THAT I PICKED OUT FOR SOMETHING MORE APPROPRIATE TO M CATS NEEDS. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT GETTING THE PETCO APP WILL HELP ME TO KEEP TRACK OF MY REWRDS,

Employees closed early and made a little boy cry. I was in buying dog food at the register, it was 7:54pm and a young boy and Mom came rushing to the door, clearly needing something and thinking they would be let in- why wouldn't they? It wasn't 8pm yet-the advertised closing time-but the door was locked. The two female employees(one that was vaping out front when I arrived) looked at each other saying, " no way I'm staying another ten minutes while some kid runs around the store to buy one thing..."
As I walked out I could hear the little kid crying and being consoled by his Mom as they walked back to the car. Way to go Petco!

I went in excited to get a female betta fish. The girl at the register basically insisted that it was sorority or nothing. She tried to convince me to get a male I insisted on the female I came in for. I explained that I have been in the hobby for years I've heard and seen evidence of them being hard an unsuccessful. She asked me how old my previous fish was I told her I think it was about 3. She scoffed at me and told me the minimum lifespan is 10 years. She was not correct in the information she was trying to shove down my throat and I don't appreciate any of it.

I walked in looking for a few things and couldn't find anyone to help me find what I needed. I had to figure it out myself. I had to wait until I checked out to ask the questions I needed help with kinda frustrating.

If you’re looking for a stellar dog grooming facility and dog groomer look no further than this Petco. Taylin is amazing, knowledgeable, patient and kind. My dog isn’t the easiest to groom but she does it with style and grace. Thank you, Taylin, for all that you do.

Stopped in to pick up some dog food. Easily located. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Grrrrr. Be prepared to allow 5 hours for grooming. I thought by booking an appointment my dog would be groomed at a certain time. In 2.5 hours he got a bath and was stuck in a dryer. Apparently there is a VIP service for an additional 15.00 if you don't want to get 'put in the assembly line'. And you can't book this online. Have to do it in person. Who knew?
