“We went shopping this morning in South County and my husband's car battery died. We called AAA and the dispatcher said it was going to take 30-45 min for the mobile assistance to arrive. We were giving a link to track the progress of the arrival, but it kept giving some erroneous information. We called the dispatcher a few times and even though the lady was nice, she kept giving us information that did not agree with what the AAA guy knew and/or said upon arrival. There seemed to be a disconnect between the dispatcher and the person coming to help us. We also were given the contact information of the guy, but even though we tried to chat and phone call the number, it did not go through. When Don, the guy arrived, he said, nothing comes through via his cellphone... Anyway, he checked the battery and it was dead....so we ended up buying a new battery on the spot...about $200. Easy.”

I tried the online customer service support first, and after waiting 40 minutes, was not able to get any help. I called the Coventry branch, and Kyle stepped in and went above and beyond to help me out. He did everything he said he would do (including following up daily with me) to ensure my issue was resolved. “Stopped in for a license renewal. Seems smaller than the old location and I can imagine parking would be a challenge during the week, since Warwick has town services there as well in the building. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Made an appointment online, but don't think it's required.”
