I am not a gym person, but I will go back to this one any time. I completed the six week challenge over the summer. Everyone, both staff and clients, was friendly and kind. The facilities are clean and orderly. I mostly took the fitness classes, and they were the perfect combination of challenging and fun. The trainers are knowledgable and helpful. They pushed me to be my best every day I was there. Definitely check out Anytime Fitness in North Kingstown, RI.

I’ve been working out at AF in North Kingstown for 6 months now and I am very impressed with this gym. The facility is always clean and fresh smelling with up to date equipment. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with any questions or fitness needs that you may have. The small group classes with a trainer are my favorite. It’s an hour long workout that covers all areas. The trainers are very good at differentiating for each member of the group if necessary and explaining how to do the exercises properly so that we can get the best impact from the exercise. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this gym a try.

Love their personal trainers! Currently working with Nick but everyone there is very friendly and supportive! I've had other trainers comment on the progress I've made since starting which is so encouraging! We are working on overall health and fitness with a wide range of workouts that Nick creates for me, including: stretching, foam rolling, free weights, machines, body weight exercises, cardio, ladder drills, bands, medicine balls, you name it! Nick is always receptive to how I'm feeling on any particular day and will adjust our routine accordingly if need be. The App makes it very convenient to communicate and trainers are able to post workouts in case one of us can't make it to a session and I decided to work out on my own. Thank you Anytime Fitness for working so hard along side me to help me be my best self :)

Excellent personal training. I'm working with Alex. The others are great, too.Working on my mobility and strength. With many decades of life behind me, it's great to begin feeling some of the mobility/flexibility experienced earlier in life. I haven't been at it that long, but I already feel the difference. Excited for continued progress.It's also a nice gym for individual workouts. Plenty of cardio equipment, weights, etc. Really nice being able to go in at anytime, on any day.

Small gym, but well stocked with all the equipment you need. Enough machines that you never have to wait long for something. The gym is always clean and anything broken gets fixed quickly.Nice friendly atmosphere and the manager Colin and trainer Alex are great, both very helpful and knowledgeable.All in all a cute neighbourhood gym that’s not too expensive

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They keep the facility very clean and organized, which makes it easier for those of us who are relatively new to going to the gym. Showers and bathrooms are always clean as well. I have been going to this location for about 2 years now and have had nothing but good things to say about it! Will be looking forward to the next two years of membership. I believe the monthly price for a 24/7 gym is excellent. Highly recommend!

I have been going to the Anytime Fitness club in North Kingstown now for almost a year & can't say enough about the wonderful service & assistance I have received. My personal trainer, Alex, is the best & most patient person on Earth. I hate exercise but she teaches me things I can actually get done. The club itself is very clean & is maintained very well.

Love this facility! The staff is very focused on client success. I like the fact that my trainer developed an individual workout plan just for me, and varies it regularly to give me a complete workout. Never boring. Staff is attentive to detail and diligent about cleaning the equipment; they clearly take pride in their work and it shows.

I am not what I would consider a “gym person,”but working out with Alex at the North Kingstown Anytime Fitness has made me much more comfortable in my own skin and in a gym. I actually look forward to my time there now and enjoy all the things I have learned from Alex. My goal was to be strong enough and pain-free enough to be able to ride my horse again and I am happy to say that I have accomplished that goal! The entire staff is not only helpful and very accommodating, but they keep the place looking spotless.
