should get zero stars.... walked into this clinic and told the condescending front desk woman I needed help with my dog. After a little explanation that wasn't even medical, it was a grooming or technician matter, she could not have cared less about animals. miss bright smile didn't even have the decency to offer a recommendation for a nail trim at any other shop in town..... she is the face of a animal clinic ( not hospital) that advertises WE DONT HELP ANIMALS OR ANYONE in Newport. such classic tiny shop that thinks they are all that, but in reality they don't care about pets. not 1%. I bet the Veterinarians dont know how much of a nasty personality Ms. Big White Smile really is.......

I put my dog down on 2/21. The vet tech took all the information down; private cremation; picked out the urn etc. my son paid for the bill. I get a call on Saturday, and Final Gift (crematirium). They wanted to know what urn I wanted wanted. Newport Animal dropped the ball!!! They NEVER told me I'd have to call Final Gift to order & pay for the urn myself . I was furious! I $379 for their services + $264 for the urn. I will NEVER use them or recommend them!!! They failed on ATTENTION to DETAIL!!! Plus their prices are very high!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. They are highly unprofessional and hurt my dog. They made my dog bleed badly and did not care AT ALL. Hoping to God my dog doesn't get an infection from their lack of care. Please do not go here and bring your animals. The Business Office was also highly unprofessional when I brought the concern of my dogs well-being to their attention. They said "these things happen sometime". No apology, no remorse. I would NEVER want anyone or their beloved pets to experience this.

Incredible with my animal, they worked efficiently and told me what was happening. They kept me informed throughout his appointment and were very nice too. I would definitely go there again
