Both Mike and Katelyn are amazing. They have "fixed" my phone over and over. Katelyn has the patience of a saint who has explained to this older woman how to do what I tried over and over ad nausea how to do anything!!!!

The staff at 169 Connell Highway are amazing. They were supposed to close at 6 but were there until 9 waiting on the customers that had waiting for hours. I was there for almost 3 hours and still needed to go back twice the next day. They tried everything to resolve the issues with my account, that were all computer related. Even with all the issues with me and the customers before me, they remained calm which made us not get aggravated. True meaning of customer service.
