I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and used this post office many many times for a variety of reasons. They are always professional, understanding, and accommodating. Excellent staff. Great location. Disregard negative comments.

We brought our infant in for his passport and received excellent help. They were fast and made sure all our paperwork was in order. Plus the free parking in front was really helpful for toting a baby and all the paperwork

Received outstanding support from Kelly by phone. I needed to re-route a package from Newport to Westport MA and was unable to do so using the intercept service. Kelly promised she'd personally take care of it for me. I truly appreciate her service!
