Unbelievable!!!I have two boxes that were shipped to me in one box I received two codes to return each box individually. I was informed by staff at the UPS store that I needed to ship each box individually instead of one large box. No problem. Each box inside was in a shipping box. Both we're actually shipped from China to North Carolina in the boxes they are in. The staff informed me that they were not shipping boxes and that they could not ship them. This is ridiculous I went to the FedEx ups and they shift both out no problem. Thanks for the huge inconvenience.

The staff who helped me ship my mom’s birthday gift was so helpful and lively! It was a really great environment. The UPS store has everything someone could need to ship packages and they will even package your item(a) for you!

Every time I go into this dumb ups store I have issues with the employees, not wanting to do their job correctly. Today it was jordi I’m not sure if I’m saying her name right but black lady.. gave me an attitude and was rude because I sent back my package in the original box… she told me I needed the old box it came in with the label which is a lie …… which I already threw out just like anyone else. She then started to ignore me and started to wait on the guy behind me very very rude … I will be calling cooperate to complain this is the second time I’ve had issues with this lady…. At the end of the day she ended up taking the package which is all I wanted to do. It was in a box just not the box she wanted it to be in…

Had the strangest experience in awhile here yesterday. Female workers are rude and not very bright. Much prefer gentleman who is often there. Way more competent. If you’re going to be rude, at least be smart.
