Hands down, Brown and Howard Marina is the most sterile marina in Newport. It lacks a New England personality like the owner who is rude and arrogant, who thinks his little blonde dockmaster without brains---she allows meat boxes to sit in the office until frozen duck swims in blood---then when I asked her whose boxes are these? She emphatically responded,"I don't care ! They're not mine!"Their welcome package recommends a food provisioner who sources the majority of supplies from New York---not in support of the New England community.Vibe is off and the manager is smug.

Great food at a good price, staff was very good and friendly, you can eat I inside or outside with a great view of the habor, would definitely go back and recommend to friends, well worth a five star rating.
