My Harriet loves this place. She is so pretty now, she holds her head high. Very sweet and professional business folks. Atmosphere very friendly and warm, very pooch oriented.

If I didn't move off Aquidneck island, I would still bring my dog here! The groomers are very loving, attentive, and skilled at their jobs. Never had an issue and I used to bring my boy here all the time. A very reliable groomer!

Poor communication. Very dissatisfying experience. Charged us for a missed appointment, but told me "we are not charging for missed visits during COVID". Not true. Lost a lifetime customer over $90 missed appointment fee. Not too smart.

I’ve never owned a dog that needed haircuts although I’ve owned more than a few. My newest addition to the family “disco” needs them. Not knowing where to turn, I began asking people who had (haircut breeds) who they use. “ the groom room” was always their response. Turns out they were ALL right! This family run business is nothing short of amazing. When’s the last time you saw mom, dad, daughter and son holding it down? Excellent prices, compassionate, and if your dog is “dog friendly”, no crate the whole time. Free to roam and play with other doggies, toys , get snuggles and treats. No place else like this one anymore. I will never use anyone else.
