Fantastic shop. I needed some help removing a pedal that was stuck, and Tom not only was strong enough to remove it, but he went through all the steps to ensure that the threads were all clean and straight. THEN, he wouldn't even let me pay him for the work. A great group with tons of knowledge. So lucky to have them in our community.

We’re staying in Newport Rhode Island for the weekend. I googled bike shop so that I could buy a lock because I forgot mine. Stopped over at 10 spokes bicycle shop and I couldn’t be happier. The owner was very nice and he actually filled up the air in our tires, and gave us a free bicycle map and gave us a ton of places to ride to even let us park our car in his driveway. Huge variety of bicycles and accessories. Great establishment.

The clerk was verbally rude when I brought my Brompton bike in. The bike chain I bought there was being serviced. They charged me $89, and the chain still doesn't work now. Also, they didn't call me when the work was complete. I had to stop by and ask. In addition, they should have suggested I buy a new chain for about $15. They went for the quick money over repeat business I guess. Rude, Disorganized, Dishonest. Try elsewhere.

Tues 8/31/2021-Best, if not only, bike shop in Newport. Great service, friendly folks, low prices. I'll be back. If they can't fix it, it's broke. Call 1st to confirm their hours.

Went to buy a bike. The sales associate knew nothing and kept asking some dude for answers. He was too busy moving a bike to the back room to speak to me. $3k sales lost to wheel works. Would not do business with these guys

Excellent service and a very friendly staff. Have bought many bikes from Ten Speed Spokes and they have been helpful in finding the right size and style for my needs. Everyone is looking for bikes and they will do their best to help. I highly recommend them.

Spent $1,100 on a bike and was felt pushed out the door. I was asking questions about my bike and they did give me some of the answers but just didn’t feel the love.
