Was sad to not be able to purchase Charleston Race Week apparel on site as has been the tradition for many years. Instead, was directed to these folks to order from. I have written no less than four emails inquiring about my purchase. Three were ignored and one was replied to with an automated message from the beginning of the year. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews, but the lack of customer service has earned this one. I wasted about $150 on this store. BUYER BEWARE!

Very unprofessional service. Employees asked for credit card details and ID via e-mail (they asked for detailed photos of the card!) despite of the fact that credit card (shared by the order form) has been properly autorized and order amount has been locked for transaction. There is a suspicion that there is a data-stealing scam hiding under the store. Highly recommend to keep away or be very careful while shopping there.

Wow. Times have changed and I’m not sure why.Team 1 has been my goto source for gear and apparel for many years.Recently ordered a couple of t-shirts, both of which are not even close to my expectations.AND, it took literally MONTHS to finally have my order delivered.I was patient because I live in Australia now and am always patient with respect to shipping.It took forever for the items to even be shipped!Seriously? A couple of t-shirts ordered in June and delivered in September?Not to mention that my 12M Worlds t-shirt was of Walmart quality with a pathetic, ironed on and tiny patch with the logo on it.Looks like something a primary school kid would do for an arts & crafts project.The “North Sails” t-shirt I ordered has the big logo on the front, instead of the back. Keep in mind I actually worked for NS for a long time. The t appears, even, to be a polyester blend and not even 100% cotton (a big departure from the 20 years of NS t-shirts I’ve had.)Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible value.Just an embarrassment, overall.I have to assume Martha is no longer there because there’s no way I have this experience if she was still around.

Absolutely the best place for team gear in foul weather gear in the area. Name brand thought weather gear is expensive so bring plenty of cash or a fresh credit card!!! We had a problem with an item that was mislabeled and therefore not available in the store, but the staff was helpful and we got the situation figured out. We went to the warehouse to pick up the

Horrible communication practices. Delayed deliveries and products are sub par Indonesia Honduras clothing that is far from adequate. Company doesn't return concerns or customer complaints. They were in charge of a massive clothing order from an event and products were late and poor quality.

I will preface this by saying I'm not much of a shopper, but I can't believe the most amazing deals I just got online at Team One Newport! Two HH jackets, Musto jacket, Musto wetsuit, two fleece jackets (one Musto and one HH), two polos, two technical shirts, belt and two short sleeve shirts-all for for about $500. Order came very quickly and now looking forward to some laser sailing on Cape Cod this afternoon!
