My fiancé purchased my charm around 8 years ago, and I recently noticed that a piece of the nautical flag was missing. She kindly gave me my options, and shipped my new charm right away!

I've purchased 2 beautiful quahog necklaces from this shop - on both occasions the customer service was remarkable. I ordered the last one online on a Friday evening, Karen shipped it Saturday morning, and it arrived in SAN DIEGO by midday Monday. No special request or anything. Did she send it by private jet? Carrier pigeon? Who knows! Modern magic. Thanks, Karen. I look forward to visiting the shop in person next time I'm visiting Newport.

I asked my boyfriend for the Love pendant for Christmas. We used to live in Newport, so I've been in their store a couple of times and already knew the products were high quality. On Christmas morning before I opened the package, he said he couldn't believe how beautifully they had wrapped everything (without him even asking). They also sent a jewelry cleaning cloth, two nautical flag magnets as a thank you "bonus" for ordering (in my boyfriend's initials), and an actual handwritten thank you note to him. This is a first class operation from start to finish. The product itself is even prettier than on the website. Thank you, Style Newport, for exceeding customer service expectations!

I saw your nautical charms several years ago and have thought of them ever since! I recently returned and bought my initials. I had them put on a silver charm bracelet that was my grandmother's. I picked it up from the jeweler today and have already received a couple of compliments. I think I may have sent a few customers your way!
