A beautiful historic B&B in the heart of Newport with parking and a delicious breakfast! Heather & Michael really go above and beyond in providing a warm and inviting environment. It was our first time stay, and plan on returning.

This was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Heather and Michael were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Location was an easy walk to the harbor and other locations.
