Went there to replace the band on my cheap watch. The service was excellent as they installed the band no charge. The.cost was very reasonable. Don't get scarred away by the high- end watches they display and sell.

I had two watches that needed some service. Both needed batteries to be changed and one had a broken clasp. It was $20 to change the batteries (per watch) which I think is really reasonable. The clasp they initially said needed to be sent out to their Cranston location. I handed it over and told them to call me with an estimate. One of the managers called a few hours later and told me that they were able to adjust the clasp and it wouldn't need a new one. Great news! And to top it off it was free! Really great service and they are honest to boot. No upcharging here. Overall 5 stars.

Wide choices of high-end (Brietling, Movado, TagHeuer, Victorinox, Oris, Citizen, Raymond Weil). Knowledgeable & personable staff. Sizing done on-site. Definite place to stop for men and women watches/timepieces. Jake and the owner went above and beyond!

I have very large wrist 8 and 1/2 inches I bought aLuminox locally and had to send up there to get a couple of extra lengths the person I talked to was very nice and espectful and very helpful I would use them again and recommend them to others

I can not say enough about this store and it’s employees. Charlie is very knowledgeable and helped my husband pick out a great Raymond Weil watch. When it came time for me to choose my Movado he was very patient and kind. Big shout out to Richard as well who is also very helpful and knowledgeable! We will be back again in the future!
