Wonderful customer service and great selection. I live near Boston and This was the only place within 100 miles with Hoka Women's size 5.5 in all white in MULTIPLE styles. I was so impressed with the customer service when I came into the store on a Sunday afternoon.

I am profoundly disappointed in the service and experience we had in Run Newport. They were rude and demeaning while we were shopping with our special needs child. It was a real bummer.

Awesome store with amazing staff. I was in the area for 2 days and stopped by to see if they have some specific Nike running shoes. They didn't but the staff offered to show me some other brands / alternatives. They let me try on several different shoes and gave me a lot of great advice for shoes-picking and running. Didn't end up buying from them since I was interested in a pair of Nike, but would definitely purchase here next time when I'm in town for a new pair of shoes. They have a variety of running shoes / models. Highly recommend others to come here if you're looking for running shoes.

We just happened upon the store while in Newport. My daughter is training for a half marathon. The staff helped fit her and allowed her to use the Pelaton to try them out. When the first pair didn’t fit eight, another pair was suggested that felt like a deer ram. We really appreciated their help and friendly service. .

Today I ran my very first 5K with my aunt. Half way through the shin splints I was experiencing were so painful I almost couldn't finish the run. Our next destination was the running store. Customer service can be a make or break situation, and this happened to be one of the best shopping experiences We've had in longer than I can remember. Richard and Ally were there to help and not only did they find the perfect shoe for me, but also shared so many helpful tips and stories about running, shoe fit, favorite trails and the community in town. They will even honor return/exchange policy even though I live out of state. They will ship a new pair if need be! Im so excited to continue my running journey and im so thankful to have found this place! Thanks Ally and Richard!!!
