Took a painting to them on a Tuesday morning; paid a small fortune to have them pack and ship it; they did not even send it out until Friday! Very poor service, especially for the price ($$$). Disappointed.

i have attempted on multiple occasions to get a box here that will allow me $2 receive mail while i am on vacation in newport rhode island and even though the customer service representatives who are unempowered greeters for managers who use unethical deception such as "free copies on tuesday$" that they charge over double the local newport rhode island library does, the manager made the very polite & accomodating customer service greeter charge my card over $24 for copies they advertise for free when i gave my credit card to pay for $5+ in stamps that i could have gotten significantly cheaper from the us post office! i think that the customer service people should get a significant raise & the managers & nicholas king should be fired! this treatment to put profit before people is criminal but getting anything done with credit card companies takes 4 months especially when managers & owners are never at work because the only work that managers & owners do is spend all the profits they receive via unethical business principles without any profit sharing or allowing the customer service representatives $2 accept tips when they exceed expectations because they care & share their love just by showing up which the managers & owners ver rarely do at this location and for these reasons i will never go back here unless the people doing the work actually own the business!$$$$$$$

I went to Postall in Newport on a saturday afternoon with two pieces of original artwork for shipment to the west coast. I was charged in excess of $300, but told that one of my packages would arrive on Friday, and the second would arrive the following Monday. That was acceptable. I was also instructed that I would receive tracking information by email. When I did not receive anything a couple days later, I called. I was told that I should be receiving information, and that FedEx had not picked up on Saturday. When I brought the packages in, I had not been told that FedEx would not be picking up on Saturday and that my packages would be sitting there Over the weekend.Anyways, on Tuesday, three days after bringing my packages to the facility, I still had not received tracking information. So I stopped by to find out what was going on. I was told that, Gee, they were really busy and short handed, and my packages had not gone out. In fact, they were still sitting on their floor.As I told them that day, I will never ever under any circumstances do business with them again.If they are too busy to process your packages for on-time delivery, then they should at least be honest about it. I deserved the truth. I deserved the option to take my packages elsewhere to have them delivered on time,

I asked to go ups, they sent it fedex. I asked for ground and in no rush. They sent it overnight. Cost me an arm in a leg. They lied to my face even when I double checked. Didn't give me a receipt and said they would email me a tracking number after I left the store. Very shady, won't be going back again!!!!!

VERY UNHAPPY!! They charged me to ship a parcel of laundry left inadvertently at the Mainstay Hotel. Okay. THEN... They put the wrong address on the package. They didn't call me to ask for help when the package was "undeliverable".

I've been using Post All for the past ten years. The staff is great, the owner ( Bill ) is coocoo but I love him. They always treat me like family and always bring a smile to my face. I have never had any problems with anything I've shipped.
