What an unbelievable GEM (haha) of a jeweler! Janet, Becky and Doreen are an incredible team of knowledgeable, helpful, talented and friendly caretakers of all things shiny and sparkling - including people! We are thrilled with our engagement ring and wedding bands. When I needed help finding earrings to wear on my wedding day, Becky found the most perfect pair in minutes! The most amazing experience!! Becky is incredible to work with. I had an heirloom engagement ring and I wanted to use the diamonds to create a new ring. I thought this process would take months! Becky and portobello were able to create my dream engagement ring in a matter of weeks. They were so kind and helpful with amazing attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough, if you need a jeweler in the area go to portobello.

Becky was an absolute dream! When we reached out to ask if she could make a custom wedding band mere weeks before our wedding, she responded right away and immediately helped us to brainstorm what we might like. She was thoughtful and patient when helping me to talk through our vision and what was possible with my engagement ring. I was a little bit nervous that the ring wasn’t going to be what I wanted, but when I saw the final product I was absolutely blown away! It was better than I imagined and I absolutely loved it! She also cleaned my engagement ring and brought new life and meaning to these symbolic pieces of jewelry. We will absolutely be returning to Portobello Jewelers for any jewelry needs.

I just love this store. Beautiful pieces, lots of sparkly stones, beautiful pearls and estate jewelry. Just completed my second purchase here. Everything is top quality and prices are reasonable. Becky, the manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always friendly and pleasant to work with.

I am very impressed with all the jewelry on display. This is NOT the usual gem store. The proprietor has an eye for stunning accessories. I will be coming back again for future purchases. This is one of my favorite stores for jewelry.
