The first night everything was fine but the second night was hell! People in room above us had kids that were totally out of control. The racket they made was unbelievable up till after 11 PM. I cannot imagine a noisier experience. To top it off, there is no staff on site after about 4 PM. I texted them and no one ever got back to me. I guess they just don't care. I urge you to stay away from this location. There are plenty of other places to stay and you can be sure i will never return to Pelham Court Hotel.

1 Night Stay in November on a WeeknightWe didn't spend much time at the Pelham Court Hotel, but the convenient location, courteous staff, generous room sizes, covered parking and ability to text the employees were fantastic. You are half a block from the strip with tons of restaurants and shops so you don't need to get in your car to go eat. There is a carport with covered parking which we were able to take full advantage of (perks of coming in the offseason) with additional off-street parking behind the building. They send texts to keep you in the loop and if your room is ready before 3pm, they will text you and let you know, as well as detailed instructions for access should you opt to skip the front desk or arrive after check-in. The room we stayed in was large, clean and cozy. The gas fireplace was nice with the temperatures outside being sub 30°F, and they also had central air to control the room temperature. The kitchen came stocked with glasses (cups, champagne, wine), plates and silverware, and had a full fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. It would have been comfortable to stay here for a couple weeks, let alone just one night. The room was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and tissues so that nothing would be an inconvenience. The bed was clean and so was our bathroom. The windows open also so if you want a breeze, that's always an option too. Our room had 2 televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and you can log into your streaming services if you would like. We just opted to find the "freebee" streaming service rather than signing in or finding cable.I truly have no complaints or regrets with this hotel and would definitely come back in the future. Rates are extremely reasonable in the offseason. They are also dog friendly.Another note: Hunter was fantastic with making sure our arrival was smooth by texting information in advance like where to park, access codes, room location, etc, and then checked in on us before heading out to make sure we had everything we needed for the evening.Walkability: Very close to the main strip with shops and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. They helped me out of a jam because my car wouldn’t start. They went out of their way for me and made our stay here very enjoyable.I cannot wait to come back here. The room was very clean and was in a perfect location for all the nightlife without being too loud from crowds at night.Thank you very much!!! You made our stay very memorable!! And thank you for your help with my car!!!

Amazing!!! Love the hotel. Our one bedroom unit was huge 780 sq ft. Great full size kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. Our puppy was so happy. He ran around and played fetch! Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, Touro Park for dog walks and catching the free #67 Trolley to the mansions. A half mile to the cliff walk and Easton Beach. We love this place, thanks to Jay and Hunter for making us feel welcome and puppy super happy!

Jay and his team are fantastic. I have stayed here a few times and each time I am welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and care. The location is ideal for a stay in the heart of Newport and every room is a suite. Yes, that’s right. It’s not just your typical hotel room. There is a living room and kitchen. It’s always clean! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you!

Hunter and Eve were great hosts. Dog friend suite ...Room 8. Great court yard at the hotel and centrally located 1 block from Thames St. In Newport . Great Coffee station at the hotel. Carport to park vehicles.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It is a lovely combination of a New England BnB service and hotel style stay. It's cozy, clean, has easy parking, and the nicest and most helpful staff. Their texting system makes check in and check out flawless. (Not to mention just texting if you need something) they have a wonderful business and we wish them all the luck! We cannot wait to return.

Charming hotel in the perfect location.Staff reaches out to you before you need to reach out to them. They’re very accommodating.The rooms are large and it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel.The hotel is older of course, which makes it very charming, but it comes with a smell and other quirks (poor flushing toilet, open windows, broken door, etc.) For the cost, I expected something a little more well maintained (not in regard to cleanliness as it was VERY clean).Overall, we had an easy, comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was extremely clean and spacious. Check in through text was a breeze, the directions were very clear and the staff was always quick to respond via text. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. If you’re going on the weekend try to get a room away from the street. Our room was on the first floor next to the street so Friday night was very loud from the band at the bar next door. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back!

Pelham Court is the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. You walk into a room and it’s nicer than your apartment! You could live there forever.My girlfriend and I have service dogs (real ones) and Jay and his team were very accommodating and educated on ADA standards.I can’t say enough good things about this place and will definitely be back!

The hotel is super nice. It’s no contact so they text you all the details, which is good for flexibility. Parking is tight but there’s a spot for everyone. Location was right in the downtown area. It’s also nice and clean, and the rooms seem well kept. We brought our dog, which was $50 extra. Overall, a really great experience.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HOTEL IN NEWPORT. I have to visit Newport a-lot for work and every-time that they do not have any availability for me, I am absolutely devastated. I love staying here. The rooms are amazing and it is right in the heart of Newport. If you have to pick a hotel, make sure it is this one!

Welcoming and Dog friendly hotel !!!There is e-check-in, which is I love. It is easy and convenient. When I entered the room, I felt that I chose the good place.The room is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is better than I expected. I felt like I'm at home. There is a dog food bowl also!!! The bathroom products are all L'Occitane. Also, the mattress is so comfortable ? Netflix is offered, which is wonderful!I love this hotel so much!! We had a wonderful stay at the Pelham Court Hotel. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice having a full kitchen. The fireplace was an excellent touch. It was convenient to park our rental car at the hotel and we could also walk anywhere in the downtown area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in Newport!
