Lovely little jewelry store right in the Brick Marketplace. The young lady working the day we went was helpful and kind. She held the ring I wanted while I finished shopping. Our dog was allowed in the store, as she was in all the Marketplace stores we went to. I loved my ring so much, I forgot to see what shell/gems were in it, and when I called a few day later, the staff member was so knowledgeable and helpful, located the case I can picked the ring from and was able to tell me what was in the piece I bought.

Love this store. We stop by every time we are in town and ALWAYS find new things to buy. Unique and reasonably priced pieces for every taste and budget.

Went to this store this morning and had a terrible experience. I spent $130 and was supposed to have two rings. I only left with one since while I was putting on the other it snapped in half. Not only did the woman completely ignore me, but when she finally acknowledged me, she basically said there was nothing she could do and I shouldn’t have “stretched it out”. I have worn sterling silver rings on all fingers for years and have never ever had one snap in half like that. She did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Didn’t let me pick another ring or reimburse me. Left with one ring and am completely unimpressed with the customer service I received today.

Fay is extremely knowledgeable and this store is a true gem in downtown Newport. There's such a wide selection to choose from. She has such great energy and is so wonderful!
