I've been a client here for years, and I can categorically say there's no better bang for the buck. The owner, James, is a very nice guy and will get you set up with minimal fuss or drama. Located in downtown Newport within easy access to just about everything in newport. The location is secure and has recently been undergoing some additional lighting upgrades. 24-hour access via pinpad is a big plus.

I used Newport Self Storage to store my stuff over last winter and it was great. James was conscientious about meeting me, and it was easy to drop off and pull my backyard and garden paraphernalia in and then back out. Looking forward to doing it again this month for the winter so I hope he sees this and gives me a great rate :)

When our house burned down, we needed a space very quickly to store a bunch of stuff. These guys were great and we were in our space that day. Very clean and well managed at a good price.

The owner asked my wife to give her credit card information to “reserve” a space. We decided to go elsewhere and called to inform him the next day. We never signed a contract. Over a month later we were charged a rental fee. After numerous calls and messages he finally answered and agreed to refund our money. It’s been over two weeks and the check has not arrived. Beware.
