One of my favorite stores to go to in New Port! Always extremely helpful and go above and beyond with customer service. The products are always high quality and they have an amazing selection of Scrimshaw and Jewelry! Cant wait to visit again!

Your one-stop shop for scrimshaw! From the insanely expensive to trinket-sized souvenirs, this is a nice place to take away a memory from Newport's colonial history when the area was a major thoroughfare for the whaling community. This is American folk art at its finest!

A gem on the wharf :) the shop is full of one-of-a-kind, local artisan pieces that implement historic techniques. The shopkeeper was very kind, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. Wonderful place to stop in for an authentic impression of the town and to grab a unique souvenir that gives back to the community :)

Impressed by the selection of items that I have never seen before. Easy to pick up a special gift. Wide range of price points which is useful. Unique business but worth the look in. Don't just look discover what the items are that they are selling - spend a bit of time.
