I went into the boutique on March 25, 2023. The clothing was chic and on sale. Unfortunately, that's where the highlights end. The employee with long black hair was exceptionally rude and lacked any warmth in her personality. I asked if they carried anything larger than a medium as I was only seeing sizes xs, s and one medium in the entire store. She told me that the owner won’t buy large sizes as most women don’t wear those sizes and they only have so much room for inventory. Being someone who used to handle buying and knowing industry standards for these designers in particular, I knew that was not only untrue but a horrible message to send to women overall. Essentially that message says anyone over a size 6/8 isn't going to look good in their clothing and that's the real reason they don't carry those sizes. How absurd.I will be sure to tell my clients how this store seems to promote unhealthy standards for women. Such a shame.

I've been shopping at Kristina Richards for more than 10 years now. I love the new location and think the staff is super helpful. The wall of sunglasses is my favorite new element and I always leave with great accessories.

100% agree with Sue Ann, "Awful vibe from the sales clerk. She looked me up and down like I didn’t belong there. Seriously?" I am glad I didn't spend my money here.

I was initially excited to find this boutique as I was looking for a high end place to shop but it's a shame as I'll never go there again. I stepped in the store and was not even welcomed. Then the salesperson, perhaps even the owner, looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look. She never once said hello or acknowledged me. I looked briefly and the left, and she didn't care. So rude and disgraceful.

Beautiful boutique shop with attention to details from the collection of shoes, to accessories, to clothes. Kristina, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming.

I've never been treated so poorly before by an owner. Kristina acted very entitled and above me and was incredibly belittling. I felt like I was putting her out by simply asking her two small questions about a pair of shoes. Ended up leaving empty handed because I did not want to give someone like that my business which is too bad.
