Awful experience having maintenance done. Got a verbal quote after asking 4 times, final bill was over 3x the verbal quote, avoid at all cost, go elsewhere.

We have been storing and servicing our boats with Kirby marine for 3 years. They have been great to work with and have gone out of their way to help us on numerous occasions. Can't say enough good things.

Not sure about that other review but I had the opposite experience. They have now serviced my boat on several occasions and are not only professional but timely as well. The refit they did for my center console came out on budget and on schedule. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
