Not only does Jason and Co. have a great selection of fine jewelry, Jason's customer service is nothing short of spectacular. I ordered a bracelet for my wife that turned out to be a size too big, and he exchanged it for me expediently without charging for the extra shipping. He was responsive with his communication and pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend his shop if you're in the area.

First off. The store was so CUUUTTEEE. No pressure. I did a review prior to this, but can't locate it. Jason, the designer and store owner was so gracious. His work is fabulous. I purchased his personally designed Cape Cod bracelet. His bracelet has latch-hook, the charm is INSIDE the hook. The bracelet is pure sterling silver. It has an image of boat sails one one side and the words Newport, RI in the other with tiny, small charms with Newport. I love it. I purchased two bracelets...my sister in law purchased a beautiful pair of pearls and a gorgeous bracelet. Rosemary was so sweet and kind. We will be back.

I bought a bracelet for my wife. She didn't like it, but they wouldn't honor their own return policy. They said the policy didn't apply to "items that cost that much."I don't trust the management or staff.

Very disappointed having been a customer for over 15 years and had to exchange a necklace for another and was not offered a refund for the difference, was offered a store credit instead. Any other place of business I go to, if I return an item and buy something else a refund is always given. Will not be returning here again.
