Incredible quality products and customer service! After buying a beautiful piece I asked if they would customize another couple pieces to match their product. Thank you for crafting this stunning necklace. My birthday is coming up and my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She's always called me sweet pea. When she was 1st diagnosed I was looking for presents to cheer her up we found out everything that sweet peas. We didn't know they were even flowers. A month ago I got sweet peas tattoos on my ribs for her. She found this necklace online if I can post a picture I will. This is so beautiful it's the most important thing she's ever gonna give me thank you

I’ve been going here for years to buy my mother’s presents. Went in for a gift that I saw on the catalogue and was listed for $65 (in-store with the tag on). The lady working there charged me $80. She was so rude and unprofessional when explaining the price difference. I got a refund and will never be going back there again.

Horrible customer service. Heart pendant in a small case with 4 other pendants that’s it and they all have their own plastic price tag in front of the item clearly marked. When I get to the register it’s $10 more ?? When I ask why the employee says “ the tags get switched around “ this is not T J Maxx jewelry counter where it’s packed with jewelry, also I was the ONLY one in the store so not busy ! Her response is I can refund it. I ask why not give me the price on the plastic “ tag” her response “ im not doing that” so she would rather lose a sale and a customer than do the right thing and honor the price that was posted. Any other place would gladly do that especially around the holidays. It’s not even about the money it’s about how I was treated. One would also think the “tag” would be removed right then and there to avoid future problems, but no she just left it. I always shop local but never here again

Extremely rude. I don’t know what the qualifications were for the hiring process but the bar seems really low. I’m only leaving a 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go.

Quite some time ago, I purchased a seagull ring from Breakell. Unfortunately a few years ago I lost it. I have been looking in their catalog but learned it was discontinued. We happen to be in Newport and stopped in to their store. I explained my story to them and was told that if they could find the mold, they would make a new seagull ring for me. Dave took all my information and when I contacted him again, he told me they did find the seagull mold and would make a new ring for me. A few days later, I received the ring in the mail and it's absolutely beautiful. I also purchased from them seagull earrings and a seagull bracelet. Everything they make there is absolutely perfect. They've earned a customer for life. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

Beautiful new location at 215 Goddard Row. I love the new store. They have many new collections as well as old favorites. They also have beautiful handbags and candle selections. It's my go to store for great gifts.

I have loved this jewelry for quite some time. It is unique and the price point is reasonable. The service is great--the manager offered to clean my jewelry for free and it looks fab. I often buy gifts here because the jewelry cannot be found elsewhere.

I've been a happy customer for many years. JH Breakell is my jewelry store of choice for gifts for monumental events (births, graduations, weddings, etc). The craftmanship is unmatched and the pieces are unique. I recently wanted to purchase a piece that wasn't in their catalog anymore so I called and spoke to the owner. He assured me that not only could they make that pendant but that he could get it to me in the timeframe within which I needed it. The customer service is excellent and the jewelry is amazing! I highly recommend.
