I would give more stars if I could. Not only do the women (Anna and Nina) do a fantastic job, they are also honorable. I misplaced a $100 bill on my last visit and Anna held it for me and called me so that I could retrieve it. They customize the lashes to suit your needs and will happily fix an errant lash at no charge in the days immediately following your new set. You have no need for makeup after J Eyelash takes care of you.

I used to live in RI and fell in love with J Eyelash. The silk lashes (my choice) feel like natural eyelash hairs and even emulate the sheen of sun on real hair - they're beautiful. Even better, you can completely customize your set by length, volume, and effect (natural, elegant cat eye, etc.) as well as the shape of the curl (straighter to curler). I also wear glasses sometimes and requested that they use slightly shorter lashes to accommodate; not a problem at all. Now I live in Boston and still make the drive once a month (that's how long a set lasts!) because I only trust them with my lashes and eyes. Nuff said :)

Tranquil, clean salon exclusively for eyelash extensions of all kinds. The owner is kind, attentive and meticulous not to mention patient. I have been getting my lashes done for three years consistently. Moving to Newport from LA, I was concerned I would be able to find a salon that could do as good of a job as my former long time lash lady on the west coast. Upon entering the salon you will be welcomed and then sit down with the owner for a minute to look at the different lengths, types and curls of eyelashes. Then you will pick out your desired shape and will be shown pictures if needed. Then you are taken back to the application area which is simply a massage table. Take off your shoes lay down and get comfortable under a blanket, close your eyes and drift off for an hour of sleep while the jeyelash owner works her magic. Yes, the owner does the lashes herself! Once lashes are applied, you are handed a bottle of water and sprayed with a refreshing face spray for setting and hydration. The salon is quiet and very zen music plays overhead...think spa. All of the tools are opened in front of you, many minutes are spent prepping your own lashes and examining the last set of extensions to remove the ones that are too grown out. Each time I go for my fill I am blown away by what a great job is done and how relaxing the process is. I give Jeyelash 4 out of 5 ONLY BECAUSE of the price! I was not expecting to pay Beverly Hills lash extension prices here and I think many clients who might be open to trying extensions would be turned away from the cost of service.
