A relative saw something at this store while visiting that they wished they had purchased. I called to inquire about buying the item (and paying shipping to have it sent), but as the person I spoke with was not very helpful I hand wrote and mailed a letter about the possible purchase. I provided both my email and phone number. Two months have passed with no reply. Just a brief email saying, "Sorry, we're not able to help you,' would have been adequate and appreciated. Due to this lack of customer service I'm leaving a 1-star review.

I liked it, I bought several magnets for the refrigerator, obviously being in a high-class area the prices are a little higher and they do not include the itemis in the price posted in the article, but rather they tell you at the checkout. But all very beautiful.

I came here twice to pick up souvenirs while staying in Newport. This place is pretty large, and they have a great selection of items and at reasonable prices. The older gentleman who waited on me, who I believe was the owner, was kind and helpful. The store overall is clean, well stocked, and organized. I definitely recommend and will most certainly stop in again the next time I am in the area.

The pricing is good ? however you get what you paid for. The sizing are all different on every single shirt/sweater/sweatshirt.

Prices were very reasonable. Large selection. Nice folks. Had 2 problems. Didn't notice four small holes in the shirt until I left the state. The other shirt was marked XXL, but felt like a medium. Too small. I should have tried it on before I bought it. Just inspect things carefully prior to purchase. The 4 holes in the shirt look like they were caused by two punctures.

The store Tshirt Town and manager Vanessa is awful (appear to be the same owners). Don't give them your money. My young daughter spent her allowance on a necklace at Tshirt Town and it immediately broke before wearing it. I went back the next day to exchange it and they refused. They had no problem taking money from a kid for a faulty item and we're more than happy to take more money from her when they offered to let her buy a new one half off! The manager said this was the owners policy. Just gross. Way better souvenir spots with much better customer friendly policies!
