Tilley hats advertised this as a place I could buy a Tilley hat. They only carry Helly Hansen labeled merchandise. It looked very nice and their goods appealing, just not what I wanted.

Terrible customer service. The female staff working today were terribly rude. They were making comments out loud about me and my daughter minutes after we walked into the store We are here because we were shopping at another store and they recommend HH for the type of sailing gear we needed. I would recommend everyone buy your gear elsewhere so you don’t have to encounter this disgusting behavior in person.
We did encounter one nice young man trying to help everyone. He seemed to be bullied by the insecure female staff. I feel really bad for any male staff that would have to work at this store. It has to be a toxic workplace environment.

Came in for rain jacket since raining today, had an umbrella already but needed a nice rain jacket. Kim provided outstanding service, going above and beyond!! Kim provided many options to find jacket in my size, even had fellow co-worker look in stock room upstairs for my size (big & tall). Found one after diligent search. And clothing was on sale to top it off. Great destination when on Thames St.
