If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager of this store screamed at a mother trying to bring her children into the store. Very upsetting and terrifying experience on our end to see this. We immediately left the store and will not ever be returning.

Nothing out of the ordinary compared to the other Francesca's shops, except it's location. Long Wharf Mall is the perfect little spot for this well known boutique. I didn't buy anything on this go around but I saw lots of goodies that may give me an excuse to go back.
