The shift supervisor? (Ashley)@ the Main St., Haverhill branch was EXTREMELY helpful. She went out of her way not only to help me, but I witnessed her console an overwhelmed gentleman, in such a way that it surely touched his heart. I witnessed her bring him from tears to a smile, and with a gentle hug returned him not only back to humanity, but simultaneously elevated her position to Angelic. Very impressed with the heart and compassion this specific employee weilded with such grace. Train more employees like her and your company will never fail. I thank you for a most memorable experience.

In the pharmacy you have to be a little more helpful and less arrogant and not throw away the patients' medicine and not talk about the patients with them at the counter.

CVS is very disappointing. My medicationwas not provided. I am a senior and did not get my medication. Went to pickup my meds. When I got home they were not in the bag. Called and you didn't have them. I don't have them. Insurance was charged and now I have to pay for the meds myself. I will never shop at CVS for any reason.Louise Casavantcharged and now I will get my prescriptions.

Located in the Bellevue Gardens Shopping center, this CVS has a matching, super elegant outside to match the other stores' exteriors. Inside, it's a CVS layout built around one large, square empty space. Each CVS location usually has space for product that are needed by tourists...here, it seemed to be beach chairs...they were everywhere. They have self-checkout lines in the front, which uses your CVS rewards and coupons, regardless of where you are from. Good deal.

Update your hours online so someone doesnt walk across town, at night, after a 5 hour trip, with an hour to spare before closing, to see lights on and doors locked.

I have never been treated more rudely to in a store than I was by Mary-anne at the pharmacy. I get it you hate your job, I get it you’re on your feet and have probably had a long day, but we all have too. She was snappy, I politely asked a question and she fired a rude response at me. And then would not validate my parking ticket even though I watched her do it for the woman before me. I work in customer service and I know the customer is sometimes wrong, but in this case I was not. She should be fired. Please respond so I can give you my number and give me a call to talk about this situation. Thank you.

I took Covid test here and the staff told me the result supposed to come out with in 2 days. However, it did not. It comes out at the third day and caused me completely missed my flight because I did not have the test result to travel. I had to change my flight and paid 250 dollars to do rapid test to travel. Bad experience. No one should trust this place to do testing for travel cause you may have big chance not getting the result on time!

Don't bother purchasing the ExtraCare service from CVS... "Technical difficulties" make it hard to sign into your own account and order your prescriptios when the store is closed, so you're better off calling in your order rather than paying five dollars per month. This is a very frustrating way to do business...by taking people's money and providing them with links that expire and sites that people can not sign into when the business is closed. Where is the convenience? And that people are trying to reorder medicine!!!!! That somehow makes the "technical difficulties" worse. I'm beyond disappointed.with the ExtraCare situation.

The pharmacy is poorly managed. There is negligence towards customers/patients. I submitted a refill request three weeks ago. When I inquired, a week later, I was told to wait for the doctor's approval. The doctor's office told me that the pharmacy needs to electronically request approval. The pharmacy did not make the request. When I called the pharmacy, I have been told that no request has been submitted, but they will do it TODAY. This is a blatant example of mismanagement and endangerment of people's health.
