The branch manager, Lori, is a consummate professional, dedicated to delivering the best possible service and providing creative solutions. The other professionals at this location, Jill, Stephanie, just to name a couple are amazing. Everyone always has a smile and does their best to be friendly and helpful. If I could change one thing, it would be to add push notifications to their banking app. This has zero reflection on the bank's service and stellar staff. Keep up the great work! Thank you.”
“This credit union is my sole bank and has been in my family for generations. Now I want to say I travel across the country, i work in several states and sell my personal real estate with zero issues through People's. I dropped my big box bank that I always kept around for that 'what if' scenario, the times where I can find a branch if I was in a bind. But People's upgraded their app, everything is mobile and when I need them they have very fast wire transfers via a phone call. Bring banking back to the local level especially when the big institutions have shown us what they don't do for us.”
“I suppose that I've grown accustomed to Navy Federal Credit Unions overseas, but I absolutely love this location: it's convenient, rarely crowded, and has Saturday morning hours. The latter makes it so convenient for those of us that are detained, or otherwise indisposed during the hectic work week. There are two ATMs here -- a drive through and one on the entrance.”
